Guten Tag Als langjährige Kundin, bin ich sehr verärgert. War am Mittwochnachmittag (27.7.) in der MANOR St. Jakob Basel und musste feststellen, dass zB bei der Weinabteilung keine Mitarbeiter/in vorfand, wo mir eine kompetente Auskunft erteilen konnte und zu guter Letzt, nur eine Kasse offen war und sich schon eine grössere Warteschlange bildete. Dann gingen meine Einkäufe aufs Förderband, wurden eingescannt, der Warengutschein von Kambly -.70 Rp. wo die Kassiererin in Abzug gebracht hat, und am Schluss gab ich noch mein Bonus-Bon von CH 30.-- ab und dann ging das Desaster an der Kasse los und die wartende Schlange hinter mir wurde sehr ungeduldig. Denn die leicht gestresste Kassiererin hat es nicht geschafft den Bonus-Bon abzuziehen, und ich ging leicht aufgebracht nach Hause! Es fällt mir auf, dass seit längerer Zeit an den Mittwochnachmittagen mit sehr wenig Personal gearbeitet wird, und dies verärgert uns Kundschaft, vor allem in den Stosszeiten von ca 17.00 – ca. 18.00 Uhr!
